How do you select your service partners?

When we select our service partners, it is never based on the pricing that they offer. It is based on how responsive they are for our clients. That is the important quality to us. It is easy for a service provider to sell a product for a certain price. But when trouble comes along and something doesn’t work, and the service provider can’t help our clients, that good price means nothing. When we enter a partnership with a service provider, we want to know what their approach is to taking care of clients when something doesn’t go right. If our partner providers aren’t helping or supporting clients when things aren’t perfect, they aren’t the providers we want to connect our clients with. Our trusted partners are tried and true, are reliable and care about the customer and not just the sale.

How do these partnerships benefit customers? 

By getting to know people at all levels of the companies we partner with, we create strong relationships. We know that when a client needs help, due to our personal and professional relationships with the provider, someone will help and we will get information. When you purchase technology and it is working, life is great. When it breaks, you hate the service. But when a provider stands by you, that’s more than just being a vendor. That’s being a partner. By developing these partnerships with service providers, we understand how easy they are to work with, how they can help, and what they will do for you, the client. A true partnership has give and take, and we identify the partners that go beyond the products and price and value the relationships with us and the client.
