How do you select your service partners?

Our service partners aren’t selected based on price. We choose our partners based on the value that they provide our clients. Responsiveness, reliability and support for our clients are the qualities that we are looking for.

When issues arise and something isn’t working correctly, we need service providers that are ready to help and prepared to support our clients. When it comes to service partners, what matters to us is knowing they will work with us to take care of clients when something doesn’t go right. If our partner providers aren’t helping or supporting clients when things aren’t perfect, they aren’t the providers we want to connect our clients with.

When we partner with a service provider, we create strong relationships with their whole team. That’s how we know that if our client needs help, they will get it.
