As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin their transformation, it’s a reminder that change is always upon us. Like the seasons, business is constantly evolving, and one of the greatest constants we can rely on is the strength of the relationships we cultivate along the way. This month, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey we’ve had at Symplicity, especially as we celebrate a significant milestone with one of our key partners, Nitel.
As I write this article, six of our team members are enjoying the beautiful city of Copenhagen, thanks to the strong partnership we’ve built with Nitel. This trip is more than just a reward for hitting our sales goal—it’s a testament to the power of collaboration and the importance of fostering meaningful connections in business. Over the years, our relationship with Nitel has grown from a simple service provider-agent connection into something much more substantial. They’re not just a vendor—they’ve become a true partner, aligned with our vision and dedicated to helping us and our clients succeed.
Just like the fall season, where nature prepares for renewal, business is about laying the groundwork for future growth. Relationships, like those we have with Nitel, are the foundation of that growth. Every handshake, every conversation, and every shared experience is a steppingstone that helps us move forward.
It’s in these moments—whether we’re strategizing over a coffee or sharing laughs and sights along the streets of Copenhagen—that we realize how vital these relationships are. They push us to do better, to innovate, and to continuously strive for excellence. And while our team is overseas, we’re reminded that no success is achieved alone. It’s built through trust, teamwork, and the mutual respect that we cultivate every day with our partners, clients, and each other.
As the leaves change and we look toward the close of another year, I’m excited to see where these partnerships will take us next. Just like the vibrant colors of fall, our connections bring richness and depth to everything we do, helping Symplicity not only meet our goals but exceed them.
Here’s to the partnerships that fuel our growth, the people who make it all possible, and the exciting journeys still ahead.
Happy Fall!
Warm regards,
Catherine

Symplicity Communications Tackles Tech Week GR 2024

The Symplicity Communications team is always looking for ways to learn and develop our knowledge of the latest trends for our clients. Tech Week Grand Rapids 2024 provided a great opportunity for development, networking, and to connect with our community, and our team took full advantage of all of the offerings the event provided.
One of our favorite events was ‘Breaking Barriers: Women Driving Innovation Across Industry.’ It was an inclusive, open and engaging panel event featuring four remarkable women in the industry. The discussion was a powerful reminder that paths are not always linear, and that sometimes success can take time.
