I joined Symplicity in 2022 as a career pivot after working in the Entertainment industry for 15 years. With a background in stage/event management, shifting to project management and implementation was a simple one. My goal is to always provide excellent customer service through radical responsiveness, make genuine connections with our clients and service providers and inject fun into the process. I love digging in and learning new things and see every obstacle as a growth opportunity. As a proponent of Servant Leadership, my goal as the Manager of the Customer Success is to empower my team with the same values and to nurture everyone’s growth and success as we all move toward the same goal – to make out clients lives easier.
