Symplicity Named MCSB Best Small Business

Symplicity Communications has been recognized as a 2024 APEX Accelerator Best Small Business awardee by Michigan Celebrates Small Business (MCSB). Each region in Michigan selects a company to be recognized as an APEX Accelerator Best Small Business Awardee for demonstrating a strong relationship with the organization as well as significant success as a company. Awardees are selected based on the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated growth through government contracts
  • Contributions to the success of the Michigan economy
  • Strength of the relationship with the APEX Accelerator

This is the first APEX Accelerator Best Small Business Award for Symplicity Communications, which previously won an MCSB award as a Michigan 50 Company to Watch in 2018. The team will be receiving their award on May 21st in East Lansing, Michigan at the 20th Annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business Awards Gala. Read more here.


Symplicity Earns Nitel Top Partner Status

Nitel, a leading network as a service (NaaS) provider, recently announced the Nitel 2023 Top Partner Awards presented as part of the Channel Partners Conference and Expo held in Las Vegas. Symplicity Communications earned Top Partner status based on sales contributions in 2023 among all of Nitel’s partners.

Catherine Behrenbrinker, CEO and President of Symplicity Communications said, “We are extremely honored to receive this award. Nital has been a great partner for us. They have always shown a deep commitment to our customers by making themselves available when we need them and always finding a way to get the job done.”


Symplicity Earns RingCentral Diamond Status

Symplicity Communications was recently honored with our RingCentral Diamond Level Partner Award! This has been a five-year goal for Symplicity to hit the highest partner level with the top #UCaaS service provider on the market. And we are blazing a trail as the first Diamond partner in Michigan!


Symplicity Takes on Channel Partners in Las Vegas

Members of the Symplicity Communications leadership team traveled to Las Vegas in March to attend Channel Partners 2024.

While attending the #1 largest channel event in the world, President and CEO Catherine Behrenbrinker, Chief CX Officer Paul Nagel, and VP of Global Sales Leo Gonzalez met and networked with service providers and trusted partners, attended keynotes and conference sessions, and learned all about the new and exciting technology solutions that we can provide for our clients!

Paul and Leo were also able to take part in the 8th Annual Tech4Change Charity Golf Tournament, benefitting US Cyber Initiative.
