Symplicity Communications is excited to announce that Heather Taylor has recently joined the Symplicity Communications, Inc. team as the new Customer Success Coordinator.
Heather has over 25 years of experience in the Telecom industry and spent more than 18 years in her previous role, serving as a Provisioning Manager and Senior Project Manager.
“I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Heather Taylor since 2008, when I first initiated my business journey with her previous employer by placing my initial PRI order. Fast forward 16 years, and I’m thrilled to welcome her as a valued member of our team,” said Symplicity Communications President and CEO Catherine Behrenbrinker. “It’s truly a privilege to attract and collaborate with exceptional talent like Heather, whom I’ve admired and respected since the early days of my business.”
Heather adds another strong and talented professional with tremendous experience in the telecom and technology industries to the Symplicity team.
