With the new system, calls are efficiently queued, significantly reducing noise and making the work environment more pleasant. Additionally, the deployment involved integrating nearly 40,000 endpoints across over 300 locations. This massive undertaking was executed with precision, thanks to the collaborative efforts of all parties involved.
