From securing transformative partnerships to expanding our team and moving into our new home at 60 Monroe Center, we’ve achieved milestones that set the stage for an even brighter future. As 2024 comes to a close, we are filled with gratitude for the hard work, passion, and commitment that each of you brings to our mission.

Amid the hustle and bustle of the season, I want to share something personal with all of you. As I recover from a recent medical procedure, I am reminded of the importance of prioritizing our well-being. Self-care is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. Whether it’s spending time with loved ones, taking moments to recharge, or simply allowing yourself to rest, I encourage all of us to take care of our minds and bodies as we wrap up this remarkable year.
The holidays are a time for connection and celebration, but they’re also an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and nurture ourselves. As you prepare for the festivities, remember that your health and happiness are the greatest gifts you can give—to yourself and to those who care about you.

Symplicity Communications Moving to a New Home in 2025
Symplicity Communications will be moving from the Boardwalk building at 940 Monroe Avenue, NW to an iconic space right in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids—60 Monroe Center NW, Suite 100!
Our new home is a historic gem, a stunning 12-story building that embodies the elegance of Greek Revival and Beaux Arts architecture with its impressive blend of brick, granite, marble, and wood. Built in 1916, this building has stood as a landmark for over a century, and we’re proud to become part of its story.
Even more exciting, we’ve secured naming rights, and this beautiful space will now be known as the Symplicity Communications Building!
Come January 6, 2025 – you’ll find us in our new space! We’re looking forward to welcoming clients and partners to this incredible new space as we continue to expand and elevate the services we provide.

Symplicity Team Takes on Channel Connect 2024
Just before Thanksgiving, the team at Symplicity Communications traveled to Nashville, Tennessee to attend Intelisys Channel Connect, a TSD channel gathering of independent sales partners.
Channel Connect is an opportunity to connect with industry experts, explore emerging technologies, and collaborate with channel leaders. The Symplicity team was able to take advantage of the insightful networking opportunities, immersive education and relationship-building events throughout the three days in the Music City. Symplicity was also honored during the Awards Dinner for earning Club TPC (Top Performing Champion) status for the sixth time!
