As we reflect on this busy summer at Symplicity, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to our clients, prospects, service providers, and amazing team members. This season has been marked by significant changes and growth, including the onboarding of new talent and the enhancement of our workflows. While the challenges have been considerable, they have also highlighted our collective strength and commitment to excellence.
I am particularly proud of our team and achievements this summer, especially as we implement of the largest RingCentral project to date, encompassing 40,000 UCaaS seats. This accomplishment has propelled us to the number one position out of 17,000 agents for RingCentral—a remarkable feat given RingCentral’s leadership in the UCaaS market and their nine consecutive years of prominence in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
In times of overwhelming activity, maintaining a positive outlook can make all the difference. Here are a couple of strategies that can help us all stay motivated and focused:
- Embrace and Celebrate Progress: Recognize and celebrate the small victories along the way. Each milestone, whether it’s successfully integrating a new system or reaching a key project milestone, contributes to our overall success and serves as a reminder of the positive strides we’re making.
- Maintain Balance and Connection: It’s essential to find moments of balance and connection amidst the busyness. Taking time for self-care, staying connected with colleagues and partners, and seeking support when needed can help sustain our energy and enthusiasm, ensuring we remain resilient and effective.
To our clients – thank you for your continued support and partnership. I am grateful of the opportunity to help you reach your initiatives! To our employees – together, we’re navigating challenges and paving the way for future successes – there is no other people that I want by my side in this technology battle! Here’s to our ongoing journey of growth and achievement!
Warm regards,
Catherine

Symplicity Scores Big at Annual Summer Celebration

On July 17th, the Symplicity Communications team once again hosted the annual Summer Celebration and Technology Expo. The event took place at Millennium Park in Grand Rapids and featured 17 trusted partners and service providers displaying the newest and best in technology solutions.
Our guests were treated an amazing and inspiring presentation from our featured speaker, Mr. Donnie Campbell. Donnie is the real-life inspiration for the TV character Ted Lasso, and he treated everyone to a tremendous speech about leadership and teamwork.
We had a great afternoon sharing kettle corn, lemonade, ice cream and other snacks with our closest friends while talking about technology and enjoying the beautiful West Michigan weather.

Symplicity Staff Expanding Their Knowledge
Earlier this week, members of the Symplicity team traveled to the east side of Michigan to attend a Digital Frontier Enablement session with our partners at NICE.
The NICE partner enablement allowed the Symplicity team to receive focused training and NICE’s latest updates. Events like these help Symplicity stay close to CX market trends!
The team learned a lot about NICE AI services and discussed items like implementation and support training. Furthering our knowledge about the services offered and how NICE operates allows our staff to better serve our current clients and identify problem areas where NICE may provide the right solution in the future.
