Symplicity Communications Launches Healthcare Practice and Partners with SpinSci

Symplicity Communications, Inc is currently attending the 50th annual NAHAM Conference at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, TX. That makes today the perfect day to announce that Symplicity Communications is launching a Healthcare Practice focused on technology orchestration to improve both patient experience and staff experience. Improving staff experience with better technology tools can reduce the attrition that causes staff shortages that negatively impact the patient experience.

Healthcare providers have long invested capital to build in-house communications systems for patient access interactions and revenue cycle conversations. Until recently, these were built upon their on-premises phone systems, and in some cases, were built on multiple phone systems. Patient and staff experiences have been challenged, however, by the limiting capabilities of these legacy phone systems.
