Symplicity Communications, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of Andrew Thompson to the team as the new Operations Coordinator. Andrew returns to Symplicity Communications after a stint at PricewaterhouseCoopers. There, he served as Workspace Concierge Specialist. Andrew led and managed projects for an Audio/Video refresh and supported over 55,000 employees as a tech support help desk expert.

Previously, Andrew spent a year at Symplicity as a Client Services Administrator, serving as the main point of contact for carriers and clients, managing service tickets and managing new implementation and new projects for clients.
