Kevin Johnson Joins Symplicity Communications, Inc. as VP of CX/PX Solutions

Symplicity Communications, Inc. is excited to announce that Kevin Johnson has joined the company as the new Vice President of Customer Experience/Patient Experience (CX/PX) Solutions.

With his strong business and technical acumen, Kevin will be able to help Symplicity’s clients break down silos and build bridges between revenue operations and IT.

Kevin specializes in supporting revenue operations leaders and ensuring user acceptance for IT’s help and vendor solutions and has over 25 years of experience in both client management and revenue operations management.

Said Kevin about joining Symplicity Communications, “I am excited to combine forces with my friend Catherine Behrenbrinker and the team at Symplicity, to provide my current clients, and our future ones, a full cycle of advisory services, project management, and support to them.” He added, “I am excited to be free to be a business acumen driven advisor to both the revenue operations stakeholders and with the IT team to break down silos and gain immediate user acceptance before sourcing technology.”

Kevin started his career with a role as a Sales & Marketing Information Systems design architect and acted as the lead sales operations interface between Electronic Data Systems and Fortune 500 leadership before evolving into a direct sales roles helping implement emerging email and EDI (electronic data interchange) with revenue operations leaders in other Fortune 500 companies including UPS, Johnson & Johnson, Campbell Soup, Liberty Mutual, Kroger, and Maersk.

Working directly with revenue operations and IT together to improve employee communications and interactions with clients, Kevin advanced his business acumen and won an AT&T Living Our Values award for implementing a Global Email solution to BOC Group for a Global 500 CIO which improved customer support for global email users outside the U.S. He went on to manage integration alliances for a software company now in IBM’s supply chain solution portfolio before moving to a similar role for a Microsoft platform eCommerce software company.

Since then, he has worked with clients to improve network infrastructure to speed up and secure key applications in support of both employees and customers and founded KANO & Associates. At KANO & Associates he was one of Gartner Quadrant leading Five9’s North America Partners of the Year in 2019 while supporting a healthcare software company serving patients and an eCommerce retailer. He has since helped a large Midwest Health System improve Revenue Cycle operations and patient experience by applying his platform expertise and skill with integration mapping.
