Symplicity Communications is pleased to announce that Darrell Anderson, Jr. has been elevated to a new role as the Team Lead of the Field Technician Department. Darrell brings a decade of management and operations experience and two years of telecom field experience at Symplicity to his new position where he will support the company’s field operations in an increased capacity.
Over the past two years, Darrell has already played a key role in improving routing strategy, process documentation, field testing methods, and communication between clients, field teams, and internal support. In his new role, Darrell will help build a stronger, more responsive Field Services operation designed to better serve clients and support future growth.
