I bring more than a decade of leadership and operations experience to the table, with a background that’s taught me how to navigate people, process, and the real-world surprises that like to show up when the stakes are high. Since joining Symplicity in March 2024, I’ve worked to strengthen field operations by improving routing, building SOPs, and helping close the communication gap between clients, field technicians, and internal support. I enjoy finding the little gremlins hiding in a process’s gears and turning them into cleaner, smarter ways of working. To me, good operations work means being prepared early, responding quickly, and leaving things better than you found them.
