Over the past few months, Symplicity has experienced remarkable growth, expanding our team from 12 to 23 dedicated professionals. This growth marks a significant milestone in our journey, and we are thrilled to share our vision for the future with you.
A Path to Expansion
Our expansion is not just about numbers; it’s about building a stronger, more capable team to support our clients and drive innovation. Our goal is to grow to 35 employees and evolve into a $50 million company. This ambitious target is anchored in our commitment to excellence across three key practice areas: CX and Automation, Technology Expense Management, and Government Contracting.
CX and Automation Practice
In today’s fast-paced business environment, customer experience (CX) and automation are critical for success. Lead by Paul Nagel, Chief CX Officer, our CX and Automation practice focuses on helping our clients integrate technologies that help leveraging advanced technologies to streamline processes, enhance customer interactions, and drive operational efficiency. Helping our clients lean into technologies that allow clients to adopt AI and machine learning, we aim to deliver unparalleled service and create lasting value for our clients.
Technology Expense Management Practice
A cornerstone product for Symplicity has been helping clients managing technology expense, which is a challenge many organizations face. We are evolving our Technology Expense Management practice with our new platform that will incorporate automations is dedicated to helping clients have visibility to their technology investments, reduce technology debt, and improve financial transparency. Through our innovative solutions and expert guidance, we empower businesses to make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth.

Symplicity Named MCSB Best Small Business

Symplicity Communications was recently recognized as a 2024 APEX Accelerator Best Small Business award winner by Michigan Celebrates Small Business (MCSB). Each region in Michigan selects a company to be recognized as an APEX Accelerator Best Small Business Awardee for demonstrating a strong relationship with the organization as well as significant success as a company. Awardees are selected based on the following criteria:

- Contributions to the success of the Michigan economy
- Strength of the relationship with the APEX Accelerator

Recently, members of the Symplicity Communications team have attended many conferences and had many opportunities to grow their knowledge of the newest upcoming technologies while also growing our network and having our voice heard by our trusted partners.
