A Bright Start to 2025: New Office, Big Wins, and Exciting Opportunities
2025 is already shaping up to be an incredible year for Symplicity Communications! One of the most exciting milestones ahead is our move into the new Symplicity Communications Building at 60 Monroe Center NW. This new space represents more than just an office—it’s a symbol of our growth, innovation, and commitment to the future. As we settle in, I’m looking forward to creating a collaborative and dynamic environment where our team can thrive, connect, and continue delivering the exceptional service that sets us apart.
Adding to the excitement, I’m thrilled to share that for the sixth time, Symplicity has won the Intelisys Top Performers Club (TPC) award, earning us a spot on an exclusive trip to Maui on February 7th! This achievement is a direct reflection of the dedication and hard work of our incredible team, and I couldn’t be prouder. I’ll be celebrating this win and taking team members, Britney Hayden, David Dykema, and Nick Stevenson, as we join other top performers in the industry—an opportunity to learn, network, and recharge in an amazing setting.
We also kicked off 2025 by launching Symplicity Conversations, our new podcast, which has been publishing weekly since January 7th! This platform gives us the opportunity to highlight industry leaders, share insights on business, community, culture and technology and, most importantly, amplify the voices of women in technology. If you haven’t tuned in yet, I encourage you to check it out—we’ve had some amazing guests and plenty more to come!
And, of course, we can’t let this moment pass without celebrating a major milestone: Symplicity Communications turned 18 on January 5th! From a small but mighty team to an industry leader, we’ve grown in ways I could have only imagined. Thank you to everyone—our employees, partners, and clients—who have been part of this journey. With all that we have ahead, 2025 is already looking brighter than ever, and I have no doubt we’ll continue reaching new heights. Here’s to an incredible year!
Warm regards,
Catherine Behrenbrinker

SYMPLICITY COMMUNICATIONS HAS A NEW HOME

Symplicity Communications recently moved from the Boardwalk building at 940 Monroe Avenue, NW to an iconic space right in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids—60 Monroe Center NW, Suite 100!
Our new home is a historic gem, a stunning 12-story building that embodies the elegance of Greek Revival and Beaux Arts architecture with its impressive blend of brick, granite, marble, and wood. Built in 1916, this building has stood as a landmark for over a century, and we’re proud to become part of its story.
Keep an eye out as you walk or drive by for some brand-new signage on the building, as from now on this amazing space will be known as the Symplicity Communications Building!
