Celebrating Milestones & Holiday Cheer

Happy December, everyone!

As we close out 2025, this season gives us the perfect chance to reflect on the incredible milestones we’ve reached together. This year brought unforgettable highlights—most notably being honored with the West Michigan Woman Magazine’s Woman of the Year Award and, after 12 years, finally achieving Intelisys’s Platinum Level status. These accomplishments weren’t just personal and professional wins; they were powerful reminders of what dedication, resilience, and community support can make possible. What a year to celebrate!

With the warmth of the holidays surrounding us, we hope you’re finding time to slow down and enjoy the sparkle of the season. From cozy moments with loved ones to festive gatherings filled with laughter, December encourages us to appreciate the traditions and connections that carry us through each year. May your days be bright, your hearts full, and your homes filled with the kind of cheer only this season can bring.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re energized by what lies ahead and grateful for every person who’s been part of this extraordinary journey. Thank you for your support, enthusiasm, and belief in what we’re building. Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a refreshing, hopeful start to the new year!

Best Regards,

Catherine

Catherine Ripley Speaks at Brilliance Summit

Symplicity Communications President and CEO, and 2025 West Michigan Woman of the Year Catherine Ripley spoke at the West Michigan Woman Brilliance Summit in early November. This event gave attendees a chance to listen to inspiring stories and gain a deeper understanding of empowerment. Attendees learned ways to make meaningful connections, and how to shift from default to deliberate thinking.

Catherine’s presentation was titled “Overcoming Adversity and Creating the Life You Dream Of,” and she was joined by many other inspiring women in West Michigan for this event.

Symplicity Staff at Channel Connect Austin

In early November, members of the Symplicty Communications staff traveled to Austin, Texas to attend Intelisys Channel Connect, a TSD channel gathering of independent sales partners.

Channel Connect is an opportunity to connect with industry experts, explore emerging technologies, and collaborate with channel leaders. Catherine Ripley, Erin Stewart and Doug Seites were able to take advantage of the insightful networking opportunities, immersive education and relationship-building events throughout the three days at the event. Channel Connect is a great opportunity for the team to learn about the newest and best ways to support our clients and provide the best technology solutions possible.

Also, during the event, Catherine Ripley got to walk across the stage in her new prestigious red jacket to accept our recognition as an Intelisys Platinum Partner! A goal long in the making! Symplicity was also honored during the Awards Dinner for earning Club TPC (Top Performing Champion) status for the seventh time!

Erin Stewart Speaks At Channel Connect Panel

Also, during Intelisys Channel Connect 2025, our Senior Director of Sales, Erin Stewart, was a featured speaker for the Main Stage Partner Panel to kick-off the closing session of the event! It was a great opportunity to share our experience and expertise with the Channel. For those who weren’t in attendance, we’d love to share what Erin discussed!

Symplicity Earns Comcast RISE Grant

Back in August, Symplicity Communications was selected as a recipient of the Comcast RISE Program Grant.

As part of the award, Symplicity is receiving small business benefits such as a creative production, a media schedule, educational resources, monetary grant, and business consultation services.

In November, Catherine Ripley attended the Comcast Business Rise program award event, where she learned that there were 1,000 applicants for the Comcast Rise Grand Rapids grant and only 100 winners!

Said Catherine, “Symplicity Communications, Inc. being selected as an awardee is such an honor! Because I know Comcast Business as an indirect agent, I have a deep understanding of who they are. Now to see them through the eyes of their grant program makes me even more proud of their work. In 5 years, they’ve given 160 million dollars in grants to small businesses though Comcast Rise program!”

Inforum Capstone Event

The Symplicity team was proud to attend Inforum‘s 20th Anniversary Capstone Dinner at the end of November! We are thankful for everything Inforum does for women’s professional growth and proud to support and be involved with such an amazing organization! Symplicity and Inforum continue to have a strong working relationship, and we had a great time celebrating their continued success! Congratulations on 20 years, Inforum!
