He noted that services people dislike doing themselves often present the best opportunities for new businesses. For him, laundry was a prime example. As someone who struggled with the chore of folding clothes, he recognized a gap in the market. At the same time, he acknowledged the growing influence of technology in service industries, drawing parallels with companies like Uber.

This blend of insights led to a lightbulb moment: a laundry service akin to Uber. He envisioned creating a platform that would allow customers to easily schedule cleaning services without the hassle of traditional methods. With this idea in mind, he began researching the industry and found little resemblance to his vision.
