Riley began her career as an Executive Assistant and quickly advanced to Director of Administration at a nonprofit organization, where she led a full-scale operational transformation. She implemented SOPs, modernized technology systems, and introduced automation solutions that brought a decades-old organization into a more efficient, sustainable operating model. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and Political Science from Central Michigan University and a certification in Professional Administrative Excellence.
