Kimberly Williams has more than 17 years of experience leading complex federal telecommunications and technology programs. Kim has successfully managed large government contract vehicles, including NASA SEWP, NIH CIO-CS, GSA Connections and Alliant, and enterprise telecommunications initiatives supporting federal agencies. She has led cross-functional teams, developed scalable operational processes, improved program efficiency, and built strong relationships with government customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
