I come to Symplicity with over 10 years of experience in IT engineering, field service and customer service. Having worked in both the public and private sector, I’m familiar with many of the struggles IT departments face when trying to budget, plan and execute projects, or when trying to get to the bottom of seemingly inscrutable technical issues. I’m excited to be able to grow my experience with such a great team.
I chose to be a part of Symplicity because I knew I wanted to work at a company that truly valued people. Before joining the team, I worked for several years at a company that was a client of Symplicity’s, and during that time I was consistently impressed with Symplicity’s quality of service and dedication to finding exceptional solutions for even our most niche use cases. When the opportunity arose to be part of their team, I was extremely excited because I knew that Symplicity would be a company that I would feel good about working at and that with the variety of work Symplicity was capable of performing that there would always be exciting new challenges on the horizon.
