Andrew Thompson returns to Symplicity Communications after a stint at PricewaterhouseCoopers. There, he served as Workspace Concierge Specialist. Andrew led and managed projects for an Audio/Video refresh and supported over 55,000 employees as a tech support help desk expert.
Previously, Andrew spent a year at Symplicity as a Client Services Administrator, serving as the main point of contact for carriers and clients, managing service tickets and managing new implementation and new projects for clients.
“I’m excited to come back to Symplicity because I know the culture is something that I can get behind,” said Thompson. “Everybody has the same goal of consciously making an effort to delight our clients.”
