In early 2023 Symplicity took a chance on me. Before coming to Symplicity I worked for a medical manufactory company for nine years. This change was exciting and nerve racking, and a huge career shift to doing something completely different. Working for a woman-owned company has inspired me that anything is possible. It’s great working with a team who truly cares, not just for each other but for our clients also! I am grateful I am on this journey and can’t wait to see what the future holds for me working at Symplicity.
