I spent the early part of my career working in contact centers as a call center agent learning how to provide outstanding customer experiences. From there I worked my way up the corporate ladder through every level of management for companies like DirecTV and Discover Card learning all the ins and outs of combining great talent with great technology to deliver these amazing experiences on a grand scale. The last 15 years of my career have been taking that experience and helping other customer experience professionals select the right technologies to improve their customer experience, reduce costs and increase revenues. My passion is finding ways to deliver the best experiences possible!
